PET-G - polyethylene terephthalate with glycol ; filament with good optical properties and high gloss. Transparent varieties are ideal for printing thin elements that are to transmit light to a large extent. PET is used in the production of fibers, dishes, bottles, packaging, small fittings and housings for electronic devices. PET fibers are used to produce, inter alia, knitted and woven fabrics, e.g. polartec (fleece), dacron and tergal (e.g. for making sailcloths) ropes. Material with low shrinkage, it is recommended to use a heated table, which allows to control the cooling process. The granulate from which the filament is produced has the medical certificate ISO 10993. Thanks to this, the material can be allowed to come into contact with the skin for more than 30 days, and even for subcutaneous implementation up to 30 days.
